A Tool to Facilitate Collective Action
The R-Block defies the oligarchs’ ability to divide and conquer.
A union, but for political action.

Labor unions leverage collective action to force employers to the negotiating table.
The idea of the R-Bloc is similar, regaining control over political parties and candidates, refusing to give our votes or support unless they back key policies. Those in power have long used the fear of “throwing our vote away” to force us to vote along party lines, whether or not we personally back the candidate. But when we vote as a bloc, our votes become the deciding factor—they have no choice but to concede.

ORGANIZATION
Party Affiliation
The R-Bloc believes extreme action is needed to restructure society. While most of the R-Bloc’s ideologies would be deemed Progressive, it does not endorse a political party. The R-Bloc will stand for any candidate that aligns with it’s priorities.
What makes someone a member?
The R-Bloc has no fee. To become a member, one only needs to commit and sign up. The current way this is done is to join the R-Block Discord, where leadership will be in contact.
How the R-Bloc decides it's policies.
The traditional party system doesn’t allow party constituents to help shape policy priorities. The R-Bloc is designed to allow all members be a part of deciding the issues that are most important. The discussion is currently on a Discord server. Other forums will be created where members can engage in discussion and make their voices heard, ensuring everyone has a say.
How the R-Bloc is funded.
The R-Bloc is currently completely led by volunteers. Web services and other expenses are being paid for by founding members.
However, as the movement scales, more finances will be necessitated. The R-Bloc will accept funding from donations given by individuals. There will be donation caps to ensure single individuals do not have sway in the R-Blocs priorities, and other checks will be in place to ensure financial donations are disconnected from policy.
